How to Play
Bid — at the start of each round, guess how many tricks you and your partner can take
Lead a card — play a card from your hand to start the trick
Follow suit — if you can, play the same suit as the lead card
Spades are trump — they beat every other suit. Use them wisely
Take the trick — the highest card of the lead suit wins — unless a spade is played
Hit your bid — score points by taking exactly what you said you would. Overbid and you lose points
Watch your partner — their plays tell you what they're holding. Learn to read them
Pro Tip: Don't lead with your highest card every time. Save your trump cards for when you really need them — and if your partner leads with a low card, they might be signaling they're short in that suit. Follow their lead.
